Initialized CVS Repository
After a rough start, I've managed to create a working directory
for NanoBlogger's CVS repository. Using CVS is awesome! 
If you have a CVS client and want to check it out, you can find the relevant information from NanoBlogger's CVS page at sourceforge.net.
