Relative URL's = Portability

After some major restructuring to the layout of the archives directory and a few enhancements to the page processing functions, links are now generated in relative form. This means, that you can preview your weblog offline (with style sheets applied) or perhaps archive it onto a CD for viewing later. Thanks to Peter Steiner for the suggestion and all the help.
