Rethinking Auto Formatting: Part II

Moved a few things around. Auto format plugins are now going to be part of a more general group of entry plugins. Also, switching back to the old way of processing entries, by not touching them!

Redundancy is annoying and it's something I see a lot of in how my script processes entries. A current entry will get processed once for the monthly archive, again for any category it belongs in, and finally once more for the main page. So, I'm thinking, why not process each entry once for when it's new or modified, any other time just use it's cached version? Of course, now I have to explore caching.
