New Entry Format

The format of an entry has been changed, starting with the latest development version, 2.6b and will also be in the upcoming 2.6 release. The new format relies on pieces of metadata to store the different sections of an entry. Also, a new function called read_metadata, was written to interpret the new format. The format was changed to achieve greater flexibility and robustness when editing and processing an entry or multiple entries. The change requires that old entries be converted to the new format. A shell script, convert-nbformat.sh was written to help with the conversion process.
