Development: Smarter Permalinks

Enhanced $NB_EntryPermalink to work with FULL_PERMALINKS. It's now equal to a fully formed URL, instead of just part of one. This means that both the "entries.htm" and "rdf_entries.xml" template need to be modified to use "<a href=$NB_EntryPermalink>#</a>" instead of "<a href=$BLOG_URL...". This was already in the calendar and list_entries plugins, so it made sense to incorporate into nanoblogger itself. [Update]: Added a new placeholder for entries.htm, called "$NB_EntryID", for use as the new entry's id. The entry id is used when full permalinks are turned off.
