NanoBlogger now produces valid XHTML 1.0 code

I cleaned up the templates so they create valid XHTML. The calendar plugin was modified, I deleted references to the stylesheet and cleaned up it's HTML code. Check the new XHTML code here and the CSS code here. The last time I checked the RSS feed was valid too!
